Great for first-time parents and/or parents seeking more preparation:

• Free initial consultation
• 2 in-home or virtual prenatal visits
• Unlimited telephone, text and email support once contract is signed
• Preparation for labour support
• Planning for postpartum
• On call for you from 38 weeks until your baby is born
• Continuous labour & birth support
• Arranged back-up doula
• Up to 2 hours of postpartum/breastfeeding support directly following the birth
• 1 in-home postnatal visit for ongoing support and debriefing of the birth experience

Cost: $1000

Basic Birth Doula Package

For the repeat parent(s) and/or parents who feel more confident:

• Free initial consultation
• 1 in-home prenatal visits
• Unlimited telephone, text and email support once contract is signed
• Preparation for labour support
• Planning for postpartum
• On call for you from 38 weeks until your baby is born
• Continuous labour & birth support
• Arranged back-up doula
• Up to 2 hours of postpartum/breastfeeding support immediatly following birth
• 1 in-home postnatal visit for ongoing support and debriefing of the birth experience

Cost: $850

Should clients prefer to have more or fewer prenatal or postpartum meetings or visits, I am happy to accommodate! Changes in cost will be adjusted on a case by case basis and will be reflected in the contract.

Postpartum Doula Services

In addition to postnatal visits included in my birth doula package, I also offer professional postpartum doula support. It can be added to a birth package or can stand alone. Postpartum support visits are booked for a minimum of 3 hours per visit. Postpartum support includes:

• Initial consultation for new clients
• Companionship and non-judgmental support during the fourth trimester
• Breastfeeding support and assistance with newborn care and family adjustment
• Light snack and meal preparation
• Assistance with household organization and light tidying
• Information about resources for new parents
• Evidence-based information on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, infant soothing and coping skills for new parents
• Providing referrals when needed

Cost: $30/hour

6 hours of postpartum support can be added to any birth package for $150.00

My ultimate goal as a postpartum doula is to help foster confidence and self-reliance for new parents and the family unit!
